The school celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervor, and heartfelt gratitude towards the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. The school premises came alive with tricolor decorations, resonating with the spirit of freedom and unity.
The program commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by our esteemed dignitaries School Manager Reverend Father Tharthius and Respected Principal Sister Vanitha Veena, followed by the singing of the National Anthem that filled every heart with pride and showcased their respect and love for the motherland.The cultural segment of the celebration was presented by students of class IX which indicated a vibrant blend of patriotic songs, thematic dances, heartfelt speech and thought-provoking skit, each portraying the rich heritage of our nation and the struggles endured to achieve freedom. Students also presented soulful poem dedicated to the valor of our national heroes.
The school manager Reverend Fr Tharthius addressed the gathering, urging everyone to uphold the values of unity, integrity, and responsibility as true citizens of India. The celebration concluded with bhangra performance, filling the air with rhythm and unstoppable energy.
